Autumn Meadows HOA Information: All dues are collected by our management company, Bluestone Hockley Real Estate Services . Darcie Milburn is our Community Associate Manager at Bluestone and reports directly to the board. phone:503-459-4378. Bluestone and Hockley pays all Autumn Meadows HOA bills, collect dues and other moneys, hires maintenance, sends delinquent letters and asses fees. They provide the HOA Executive Board a Monthly Operating Report before each meeting. The board advises the property manager on what property related business need attention.
